Eddie graduated June 2013 and headed into the Navy that fall. To celebrate this momentous occasion, this cake depicts an eagle (his high school mascot) ripping through the cake with an American flag in the background. Topped with a cap and clutching a diploma, this cake perfectly suited this amazing patriot. Eagle and claws were delectable white modeling chocolate tearing out of some yummy marshmallow fondant. The cake was chocolate with cream cheese icing (per Eddies request of course).
